Repurposing Plastic Project Update

For Repurposing Plastic to stay alive and thrive during these winter months, we need more help, more funds, and more professional builders who will buy our modular plastic wall units.

We need more hands on deck—either paid or volunteer—to join us in Questa to smash plastic and wire walls from about 9 am to 3 pm every Wednesday and Friday. Come meet the team, work your body, lift your spirit and help the planet!

We need more funds—the $5/month subscriptions do not cover our monthly bills. We are always in need of donors who contribute more. Hopefully that’s you! If you would like to help Repurposing Plastic over these winter months, please make a contribution by check. Write “RPP” in the memo line and make it out to TiLT at 215 La Posta Rd, Taos NM 87571.

We need to establish a cohort of builders and landscapers who want to use our 8-foot modular walls in 2022. Our product can be used instead of cinder block or adobe to construct pocket patios, privacy walls, or windbreaks.

We’re looking to work with landscapers/builders/plasterers who are willing to think outside of the box–help
us find them!

We look forward to the new year as we continue collaborating with you to turn Taos County’s waste into walls—repurposing plastic, repurposing lives, and doing a bit to preserve this precious place we call home.
