Antonio M. Cintas age 74, a resident of Questa, NM, passed away unexpectedly on December 27, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Rose Cintas; brothers Larry and Orlando Cintas; and his parents-in-law Alberto and Josephine Ortega.

Antonio was an avid hunter and loved fishing with his grandkids. He served his country proudly in the US Marines, and was a member of the Force Reconnaissance, serving two tours in Vietnam before being wounded. Antonio was also a New Mexico State police officer. He loved and cherished his family and will be deeply missed by all of them

He is survived by his wife, Rose Cintas; son Joseph Cintas (Maria), daughter Annette Cintas, son Antonio Cintas, Jr.; 10 grandchildren who he cherished; siblings Marcella Gonzales, Clara Cintas, Darlene Santistevan, Rose Cintas, Manuel Cintas, James Cintas, Juan Cintas, and Felix Cintas.

Service arrangements are pending and will be announced. The family of Antonio M. Cintas has entrusted the care of their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home of Taos.
