As the deadlines for filing a petition of candidacy for the School Board election approaches,, it’s important that interested candidates stay informed. Here’s some important information for those who are interested in being on the November ballot.
Candidacy qualifications are simple. You are not limited to residence in the school district in Taos County. You must be in good legal and moral standing. Forms can be found on the NMSBA website, under “resource center.”
With this election approaching, Questa Del Rio News will provide monthly information about the race, along with the official candidates as they become available!
