The Questa Public Library is celebrating its reopening with a new art show. The Questa Art Tour (QAT) group show is entitled “A Sneak Peek.” Come see new works by over 50 local artists that will be in the 2025 tour.
Work will be on display July 11, with a public opening scheduled for the next day, Saturday, July 12, from 2 to 4 p.m., with wonderful snacks and festivities!

This year’s tour has grown and the sampling of work will surely be amazing. The display will be up from July 12 through September 27. The dates of this year’s actual tour will be August 9 and 10.

Later in the fall, the library will put out a call for the winter show, which will be called “Honoring Our Elders.” We would like to showcase arts, crafts, and memorabilia from our wonderful older population. The library would love for this event to be a community celebration with the opening featuring local foods, music, art, history and stories. We hope that you can find something to share and join in on the fun. The display coordinator will be helping by framing, gathering information, and taking images of your work or memorabilia if needed. Please look for more information to come in the September edition of the Questa Del Rio News. The winter show will run November through February, 2026.

In the meantime, stop by the newly renovated library on July 12 and enjoy the QAT Sneak Peek exhibit.
