Questa Credit Union updated its banking system from August 1 through August 3, temporarily affecting debit card services. Debit cards were restored and fully operational on August 4.
The credit union also launched a new mobile app, available for both Apple and Android devices. Members experiencing difficulties can click the login button, select “Not Enrolled Yet,” then “Sign Up Now.” On the me247 screen, click “First Time User?” and follow the prompts to enter account information.
