The North Central Regional Transit District may modify their routes in an effort to run more efficiently. Reduction in service is planned on the 320 Questa route, due to low ridership, and public comment is needed.
The 320 Questa route runs between the Town of Taos and Costilla. The reduction of service considered is the Cerro to Costilla extension, down to one day per week. The route currently provides service Monday through Friday.
A public hearing will be conducted at the January board meeting on January 7 at 9:00 am. Public comment may be submitted to the record for consideration prior to the meeting. The public is invited to attend the Board meeting virtually, or in person at the Jim West Regional Transit Center, 1327 N. Riverside Dr., Española.
The public is encouraged to provide public comment on the change and will be asked to indicate which day of the week would be most beneficial to them to retain service.
