I enjoy teaching fundamentals and player development as well as encourage hard work and I take pride in team improvement. I use positive encouragement to teach life skills—focusing on respect, self-discipline, and maintaining a positive attitude in every player.
Coaching Philosophy:
As a Varsity coach, I provide the tools for success in a safe environment. Through my actions, I teach respect, resilience, and teamwork—essential traits that will stay with my players long after their high school basketball days are over.
