Yerba Cannabis is the first and only dispensary in Questa. Owned by award-winning grower and distributor Michael Nezi, the dispensary will host its much-anticipated grand opening event on Saturday, May 3 from 12 p.m.- 4 p.m. at the new location at 2339 NM 522 in Questa. The Grand Opening was originally slated for April 19 but was rescheduled in response to bad weather.

Michael Nezi, a local agricultural success story, has built a strong reputation through his years in New Mexico’s cannabis industry. His focus on sustainable practices, high-quality products, and community engagement has earned him numerous awards. Opening Yerba Cannabis was driven by a mission to offer premium cannabis while contributing to the local economy.

The May 3 grand opening promises to be a celebration of local culture and entrepreneurship. Highlights will include live music from DJ Ram, delicious eats from Rosie’s BBQ, and a variety of pop-up vendors. Several regional cannabis brands are also participating, such as HDH Farms, Wyld, Black Raven Cannabis, Arrowhead Canyon Farm, R&H, High Functioning Drug Co., Animas Cannabis, and Taos Mountain Budz.

Yerba Cannabis features a curated selection of flower, edibles, concentrates, and accessories, all sourced with an emphasis on quality and local partnerships.

With the new date set, Nezi and his staff is ready to welcome both loyal supporters and new customers to experience what Nezi calls, “a labor of love, grown right here in northern New Mexico.”
