New Questa Art Market Joins Farmers Market on Sundays

The ever-popular Questa Farmers Market has a new offering: the Questa Art Market. To be held in conjunction with the Farmers Market, the Art Market will also take place every Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm beginning Memorial Day Weekend, May 29, through the Cambalache Harvest Fest event on October 2.

Last year the Questa Art Market was held on Saturdays.

It will be located adjacent to the sheltered space that houses the Farmers Market, in the Questa Visitor Center parking lot. The Art Market will be connected by a path just north of the mural-painted container.
This new expansion will offer local artisans a venue where they can display and sell their work to residents and visitors, and grow their business while procuring new followers; it gives art enthusiasts and patrons access to local arts, crafts, and collectibles in a festive and enjoyable outdoor setting; an excellent opportunity to support the arts and to discover the diversity and quality of the growing local arts community.

Market attendees are likely to find handmade leather goods, jewelry, fiber arts, metal and wood-carved pieces, painting, pottery, minerals and gems, one-of-a-kind creative crafts, antiques, and so much more. Each week new and unique items will be offered.

If you are interested in participating as a weekly artist, artisan—or a one-time collectibles merchant (aka: clean-out-the-garage-sale), contact Lynn Skall for information on the very affordable rates and all details; lynn@QuestaEDF.com, leave a message at (575) 586-2149.
