The Questa Creative Council saw ever increasing participation in our activities last year, more local support than ever, and many more visitors from around the southwest discovering Questa and its arts and surrounding beauty.

To review our key events: The Questa Art Tour in August is our signature event, drawing customers from around the southwest to discover local art and artists. The Alumbra holiday market is an alternative chance for area crafters to find customers. The 24/7 access to the Questa History Trail with its walk and related website is a valuable community asset.

We have struggled for all our years to engage area youth and that effort continues. We have had success with our December Art Kits for Kids free art-supplies giveaway in collaboration with Questa library, plus our all-ages Ceramic Cafe open studio at the Youth & Family Center.

We are already putting in many volunteer hours to manage these existing activities and events, so your vote of confidence is appreciated! AND, we would love it if any additional suggestions came with an offer of your active participation!
