For those readers who have not already heard, Vida Del Norte has started having free Family Movie Nights and Teen Nights again this summer, woo hoo! These events will be hosted throughout the summer until it starts getting too cold outdoors.

Movie Night will be held every other Thursday outside the Vida Del Norte office, with free popcorn for all. Please bring chairs and blankets if you want them to sit on. Showtime starts at dusk, which is at about 8:30 pm. Movies are rated G, PG, and PG-13. July Movie Nights will be on July 14 and July 28.
Teen Night will be held every other Friday at Vida Del Norte from 7 to 10:00 pm. Youth ages 11 and up are welcome. Movie Night and Teen Night will be on alternating weeks. If your young person is going to attend Teen Night, please make sure they know to check in and out with a staff member and provide an emergency contact number of a responsible adult. Teen Night at Vida Del Norte provides a drug-, alcohol-, and bully-free space for youth to socialize in.

Vida Del Norte is always looking for donations of indoor or outdoor games, and arts and crafts supplies for youth activities, including for Teen Night. We are also looking for games for an XBOX 360.
