One year ago, Questa Del Rio News reported that there was an angel among us who gifted 240 turkeys for distribution to our community through the North Central New Mexico Food Pantry. The angel wished to remain anonymous… and guess what! s/he is back! For the 2021 Thanksgiving distribution last month, 300 mid-sized turkeys were purchased from Questa Center Supermarket (at a cost of just under $7,000) and were distributed on November 19. What wonderful news to hear, and what a great way to begin this season of giving!
