Theresa (Terry) A. Padilla age 79, a resident of Questa, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2022. She is preceded in death by her parents Fidel and Filomena Martinez; brother John (Shorty) Martinez; grandfather Eduardo (Pappi) Martinez, grandmother Agapita Gonzales; and grandson David Martinez, Jr.
Terry is survived by her husband George Padilla, Sr.; her children Reena Garcia (Abe), Pamela Anderson, George Padilla, Jr., and James Padilla; beloved grandchildren Sarah Garcia (Conrad) and Alysia Valencia (Daniel); one treasured great-grandbaby Jed Valencia; sisters Tina Rael (George), Rose Gonzales (Art); cherished aunts Isabel Gomez, Mabel Gonzales, Reynie Gomez and Rose Garduño; special cousins Elaine Gomez and James Gonzales, along with family and friends too many to mention. She will forever live in our hearts and memories. Terry will be greatly missed. May she rest in peace.

A burial service will take place on Saturday May 7, 2022 at 11:00 am at El Pueblito Cemetery in Questa. The family of Theresa A. Padilla has entrusted the care of their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home of Taos.
