The Overground Project will host a free, all-ages Skate Festival on Friday and Saturday, July 26 and 27, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., at Liberty Square Park in Angel Fire.
The event will feature skateboarding lessons for both youth and adults, live music throughout the day, and refreshments. Admission is free, with donations welcomed.
Musical performers include Homeboy Sandman (hip-hop), Cayuga All Stars (cumbia), Saille Branch (authentic American music), Solitary Witch (eclectic/indie), The Prof. Fuzz 63 (lo-fi garage rock), From Parts Unknown (Texas punk), and additional artists, to be announced.
