Vida Del Norte kicked off the receipt of its renewal grant with a successful holiday dinner that took place on December 17, 2023. There were about 125 community members that attended and visited with one another.

Vida has had a few setbacks with getting the data that is needed to ensure its grant continues, and we believe we have found an alternative that will meet the requirements of our grant and keep the community satisfied with the way we collect the data.
Vida Del Norte continues to look for Coalition members who are committed to prevention in its community. Please reach out to coordinator Maria Gonzalez if you feel like you would like to participate in some way.

Vida Del Norte will host its annual Retreat again this year on Saturday February 24, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. -.2:00 p.m. at the Youth Center, the building next to the library. We encourage community members to attend its retreat so that you can become educated on how the coalition works and give input on its strategic action plan moving forward.
