The New Mexico Board of Pharmacy under the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department has scheduled a disciplinary hearing in May involving BestCare Pharmacy.
According to the board’s public meeting agenda online, multiple BestCare Pharmacy locations are subject to the disciplinary hearing, including those in Questa, Deming, Springer, Mora, Chama, Lordsburg and the recently closed location in Angel Fire.
The Board of Pharmacy confirmed that the hearing is “likely” to take place during its upcoming meeting on May 15 at 9 a.m.
The nature of the complaint(s) prompting the action has not been disclosed. When contacted for comment, the board said it is unable to release additional details at this time.
