Angela E. Vigil, age 78, a resident of Cerro, passed away peacefully after a long illness on July 9, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her son Mario Vigil; parents Enriques Vigil and Felomena Gallegos; siblings Virginia Salazar, Jose R. Perea, Eddy Perea, Joe V. Perea, Gasper Vigil, Ruben Vigil, Henry Vigil, Bertha Salazar, Nora Gonzales, Vera Cardenas, Della Gomez, Laura Rael, and Lizzie Vigil.

Angela is survived by her grandson Bobby Jordan Lovato; a niece she considered a daughter, Brenda Vigil-Rosetta (Matthew); Autumn Rosetta, a nephew she considered a son, Brent Vigil (Paula); Ryan Vigil; siblings Vincent Vigil, Betty Vigil and Theresa Segura (Steve); special nieces and nephews Norbert Gomez (Rhonda), Robert Gomez, Sr. (Marcie), Rolando Segura (Julie), Colleen Perea, and many other loving relatives and friends.

Rosary was recited on Friday, July 14, 2023, followed by the Mass of Christian burial at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Cerro. Burial followed at the Cerro Catholic Cemetery.
