Administrative Office
Village community members will be seeing activity and the beginning developments of the new Dollar General Store that will be built across from CarQuesta in the coming months. This new development will bring an increase to the gross receipts revenues; however, it will also bring an increase of traffic flow into the area. Drive carefully while monitoring speed limits.
Utility Department
Village utility service customers will receive a letter with information regarding water and sewer services, and trash enforcement.
Sheriffs / Police Department
Law enforcement will be actively patrolling the Village as we begin to see increased activity in the community due to tourism, project developments, and through traffic.
Questa Motor Vehicle
The Questa Motor Vehicle Department is open to the public for walk-ins. Masks are required and social distancing is expected until further notice. Regular office hours are 8 – 11:45 am and 1 – 3 pm. Contact Sarah with questions at (575) 586-2429.
Questa Public Library Update
The “OPEN” sign is in the window with new hours, starting June 5, noon –
5 pm, Monday through Saturday. Kids ages 4-12 can expect a world of fun at our “Tales & Tails” program beginning June 7 and running through July 14. Join us Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 – 11:30 am. Call the library at

Questa Fire and EMS Departments
are in need of a support group to help assist the crews through fires and emergency calls. The support group would be willing to provide items such as cases of water, Gatorade, snacks etc. to crews when needed.
Council Meeting
The Village of Questa Council Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month via GoToMeeting. All meetings are virtually open to the public and include an allotted time for public comments.
