Questa Wildcat Soccer Team Ends Hard-Fought Season


The Questa Wildcat Soccer team ended their season with a loss against the Tierra Encantada Charter School with the final score of 7-1


The Wildcats worked hard this season with a notable game against Monte del Sol Charter School on October 1, beating the team 4-1. The team also had two unusual tie matches this season, both against Moreno Valley on October 11, going into double overtime with a final score of 0-0 and on October 14 with a final score of 1-1 in double overtime.


Alyse Lovato led the team with 9 goals this season, scoring 19 points ranking #1 in A/3A District 5. Jacob Vallejos scored 2 goals with 6 points and Aliana Gonzalez, Aaliyah Santistevan and Donnie Santistevan all ended the season scoring 1 goal with 3 points each. Ricardo Leon ended the season with 245 saves
Questa’s overall season ended 3-10-2.
