Questa High School class of 2001 graduate Gabe Pacheco was named in the Business Elite’s award for top 40 under 40, a prestigious award acknowledging outstanding executives and entrepreneurs with a particular commitment to innovation in business.
Pacheco owns and operates G&M Medical Center and MedSpa, G&M Urgent Care, G&M Radiant Botanicals Skin Care, and G&M Travel – Dream Vacations in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
Before owning his own businesses, Pacheco was the Senior Revenue Management Consultant for Info Hospitality. He is proud to be a first-generation college graduate, attaining his Honors Bachelor of Sports Science—Strength and Conditioning from the United States Sports Academy. He is also a certified personal trainer, weight loss coach, and nutrition counselor.

In addition to his impressive portfolio, Pacheco serves on several boards and contributes to his local community tenfold. He is the President of the New Mexico Out Business Alliance – the New Mexico LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce. When not spearheading the businesses, he volunteers his time with Big Brothers Big Sisters and raises money for children’s cancer research fund.
